Timothy is studying with Bill van der Sloot and Muge Buyukcelen at the Victoria Conservatory of Music and the Mount Royal College Conservatory in Canada. He won 1st Prize at the Canadian Music Competition for all ages (2002), Greater Victoria Performing Arts Festival (2005 and 2008), the BC National Festival of the Arts (2008) and the Vancouver Women’s Musical Society Orch. Instr. Comp. (2009). He has had masterclasses with many internationally leading musicians and teachers and regularly participates in summer music courses. As a soloist he has performed with the Victoria Symphony Orchestra, the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra and the Sooke Philharmonic Orchestra
