Siyan GUO

Date of Birth: February 3, 1992
Nationality: Chinese

Siyan is studying with Tong Weidong and Wang Zhenshan at the Central Conservatory of Music in Beijing. He won 1st Prize in Category B of the International Violin Competition Andrea Postacchini XV (2008) and the Performance Award at the 8th Wen Hua Cup National Performance Competition in China (2006). Siyan also acted as teaching assistant in the “Music Tell You” program in the Music of China’s Central TV. His performances include the Bruch violin concerto in G minor at the Beijing Modern Music Festival.
