Laure is currently studying at the Royal Academy of Music London, under Yumi Sasaki. She has won two 1st prizes in the North London Music Festival 2006, 1st prize at the IAPS (Independent Association of Prep Schools) Young Musician of the Year 2007, and 1st prize in the John McAslan Junior and Intermediate violin prize 2008 and 2009. Laure regularly gives concerts in the UK and France, and made her orchestral debut in July 2008, playing Lalo’s Symphonie Espagnole with the IAPS National Symphony Orchestra in Snape Maltings Concert Hall, Aldeburgh. She is also a keen chamber musician. Laure plays on a 1762 Pietro Antonio Dalla Costa violin on loan from the Royal Academy of Music.
