Hiroka is studying with Gerard Poulet and Koichiro Harada at the Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music. She has won 2nd Prize at the 10th Wieniawski and Lipinski International Competition in Poland (2006) and 1st Prize at the 61st Student Music Competition in Japan (2007). She received the Yehudi Menuhin Next Generation Award from Kronberg Academy in Germany and the Music Award from the Ishikawa Music Academy in Japan in 2009. Her performances include many solo recitals and concerts with the Tokyo Symphony Orchestra, Tokyo City Philharmonic Orchestra, Kanagawa Philharmonic Orchestra and the Liszt Ferenc Chamber Orchestra in Budapest.
