Senior Prize Winners nominated

Four Senior finalists have wowed Oslo's audiences at the Opera House with their performances of Sibelius' and Prokofiev's violin concertos; each of them played twice in the course of the evening.

The finalists were accompanied by the Norwegian Broadcasting Orchestra (KORK) with Markus Lehtinen conducting.
Following a short deliberation, the jury announced the Prize Winners as follows:
1. Prize - Xiang Yu, China
2. Prize - Nigel Armstrong, USA
3. Prize - Suyeon Kang, Australia
4. Prize - Ji Won Song, Korea
