To cancel or postpone an examination, written notification must be sent to the Examination Office no later than 30 days before practical or oral examinations, or 14 days before written examinations.
All questions regarding cancellations or postponements of examinations must be directed to the Examination Office, preferably via the e-mail address eksamen@nmh.no.
It is not possible to cancel or postpone courses or periods related to practice studies, nor assignments or tests with a duration of more than two weeks.
It is not possible to cancel or postpone an ordinary examination on which the student's further study progress depends. An example of such an examinaton is the Main Instrument examination after the second year of study, which must be completed and passed before commencing the third year.
It is not possible to postpone an examination for the same course more than twice.
