A Transcript of Records is a transcript of all courses passed and results achieved at the Academy. It can be used as a documentation of a student's results, but it cannot be used as a Diploma. An official Transcript of Records must be signed and stamped by the Academy.
Ordering
Students order a transcript through Studentweb. The order is made by clicking the menu point "Orders" when logged on to Studentweb.
The transcript will be sent by default to the address defined as "Semester address" during the semester registration. If the student wishes to have the transcript sent to the "Home address" instead, this must be specified during the order.
Waiting period
We aim for a very short waiting period for transcripts. The list of transcripts ordered will be processed at least once a week.
Former students at the Academy
Former students that had access to Studentweb while studying at the Academy can still order a Transcript of Records. A prerequisite is that the student still has the PIN code used for logging on to Studentweb.
If the former student does not have this PIN code, a request for it can be made to the administration at the Academy. Please use the e-mail address studweb@nmh.no.
